1. How long does it take to ship items?

All items are shipped within 48hrs of purchase. Once shipped customers receive a tracking number.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment, but we'll ship anywhere within the U.S.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we accept payments through PayPal. Payments can then be processed through Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover or PayPal balance.

4. I received my item damaged or broken, what can I do?

6. How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please reach out within 24hrs of placing the order. Use our Contact Us method. Subject must read Order Cancellation, followed by your order number. Ex: "Order Cancellation #XXXX". After 24hrs all orders will be final.

7. How can I edit my order?

No edits can be made once an order has been placed. However, an order can be cancelled within 24hrs and new a order can be submitted. See #6.

8. What if my purchased item is out of stock?

Items shown are generally available for purchase, but within high demand seasons items can run out of stock. Should this be the case, we will contact you immediately and offer a replacement option at same cost or refund for said item. Shipping cost is not affected.
