Return/Exchange Policy

                           Due to COVID-19 and the nature of our products,  all sales are final. 

                                                                          No Exchanges.


1. What is your return/exchange policy?

a. All "Sale/Discounted" items are FINAL sale. No returns or exchanges allowed.

b. Refunds will not be given for items claimed "LOST", but stated delivered by USPS.

c. Exchanges can be made for damaged or broken items ONLY.

  • Must contact us within 24hrs of delivery via our Contact Us method. Subject must read "Damaged Item (Order #XXXX)". Order number can be found on e-mail confirmation of purchase or invoice received with item.
  • Return must include *Return Form*. Form will be provided within 24hrs of contact.
  • Must be returned within 7 business days of delivery.

e. Customer responsible for all shipping costs, unless it is our error.
